Résumé

This Regional Law establishes the procedure for the distribution of hunting permits among natural persons performing hunting in generally accessible hunting grounds by the authorized state executive body in the field of hunting and conservation of hunting resources. Hunting permits shall be distributed on the basis of the applications and documents required for issuing hunting permits submitted by hunters to the authorized body. Hunting permits shall be distributed on the basis of applications for participation in the distribution of hunting permits or applications and documents required for issuing hunting permits submitted by hunters to the authorized body within established limits and quotas, and also carrying capacity of generally accessible hunting grounds. Receipt of applications starts from March 1 of the current calendar year and ends 40 calendar days before the beginning of the term of the hunting season of the current calendar year for the corresponding type or group of hunting resources. Application for participation in the distribution of hunting permits must contain: (a) surname, name, patronymic of the hunter; (b) date and place of birth; (c) mailing address or email address, telephone number; (d) data of the principal personal identity document; (e) the date of issue of a hunting association membership card; (f) the type of intended hunting; (g) information about the hunting resources intended to obtain and their quantity; (h) the estimated period of hunting, which cannot exceed the authorized period of hunting; (i) the name of the municipal district, on the territory of generally accessible hunting grounds of which the hunter intends to participate in the distribution of hunting permits and performing hunting; and (j) the name of the event and the period of participation in it (in the case of the participation of a natural person in activities to account for the number of hunting resources, to preserve hunting resources, including hunting of wolf (s)). The distribution of hunting permits for applications, including through the drawing of lots, shall be performed by the authorized body within 17 calendar days from the date of the registration.
