Résumé The present Regulation establishes the modalities of formation, use of finances of special budgetary fund for reproduction and protection of natural resources and control over their expenditure. Special fund is formed within regional budget by purposeful deductions from specific profits and other revenues. It must be used in accordance with separate estimates and must be annually validated by regional law on regional budget. The document consists of V Sections. Section I lays down general provisions. Section II establishes the modalities of the formation of finances of the special budgetary fund. Section III determines the spheres of the use of finances of the fund.
