Entry into force notes
This Regional Law enters into force ten days after the date of its official publication.
Résumé

This Regional Law establishes plenary powers of regional state bodies in the sphere of regulation of some relations in the sphere subsoil management. It shall be applicable to the following issues: (a) establishment of competence of regional executive bodies; (b) elaboration and realization of state programs of geological exploration of subsoil; (c) state assessment of mineral deposits; (d) setting up and keeping geological database; (e) environmental fees for subsoil management; and (f) coordination of technical projects for development of deposits of common minerals. Subsoil management shall require payment.
