Résumé This Regional Law establishes that citizens shall have the right of free stay in forests for the purpose of procurement of non-timber forest resources free of charge for individual personal needs. It shall be applicable to non-edible non-timber forest products. Procurement of fuelwood shall be authorized in the process of selective and clear felling. Collection of forest leaf floor in protection forests shall be prohibited. Collection of forest leaf floor in the same area more than once in five years shall be prohibited.
