Résumé Article 6 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Article 6. Arrangements for the prevention of infectious animal diseases and mitigation of the consequences thereof. Regional state bodies, with a view of ensuring stable epizootic situation, shall elaborate and carry out arrangements aimed at the prevention of outbreak of infectious animal diseases and mitigation of the consequences thereof that shall be financed out of regional budget”.
