Entry into force notes: This Regional Law enters into force on the date of its official publication.

Résumé: Article 5 shall be amended to add the following wording: “establishment of terms and conditions of exploration and mining of widespread mineral deposits of local significance, construction and operation of subsoil facilities of local significance”.
