Entry into force notes
This Regional Law enters into force on the date of its official publication.
Résumé

This Regional Law regulates relations between state bodies, officials and citizens in the sphere of protection of the population and territory (including land, water and air) and environment against natural and technological disasters and sets forth organizational and legal norms in this sphere. The goals of this Regional Law shall be as follows: (a) prevention of the outbreak and spreading of disasters of emergency situations; (b) reduction of the amount of damage and losses due to disasters and emergencies; (c) mitigation of the consequences of emergencies; and (d) protection of life and health of the population.
