This Regional Law enters into force on the date of its official publication.
Résumé

Article 27 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Article 27. Compensation for damage caused to aquatic biological resources. Compensation for damages caused to aquatic biological resources, shall be voluntary or based on a court decision. The amount of damage caused to aquatic biological resources shall be determined in accordance with the rates for calculating the amount of damage caused to aquatic biological resources, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation, and methods for calculating the amount of damage caused to aquatic biological resources, approved by the federal executive authority in the field of fisheries, and in the absence of the said rates and methods, it shall be based on costs of reproduction of aquatic biological resources.”
