Résumé This Regional Law determines the features of the development of environmental tourism and tourism in rural areas, and establishes measures of state support for the development of eco-recreational tourism and tourism in the countryside. The main directions of ecological tourism and tourism in rural areas are: (a) increasing the tourist attractiveness of natural and rural areas; (b) development of ecological tourism and tourism in rural areas, stimulation of the formation of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs engaged in the provision of services, related to the reception, accommodation, transport and other tourist services; and (c) diversification of socio-economic development of rural territories - development of tourism, creation of conditions for ethnocultural development, preservation and enhancement of the cultural potential of rural territories, comprehensive provision of cultural and leisure needs for rural population, ensuring rational nature management. Eco-tourism included organization of eco-tours. The main activities in the field of agricultural and educational tourism include: (a) activities for the production and processing of agricultural commodities, providing nutrition using agricultural commodities produced and (or) processed on land plots owned by the subject of agrarian and educational tourism; and (b) activities for organizing animal rides, with the exception of wild fauna species, and horse-drawn transport.
