This Regional Law enters into force 10 days after the date of its official publication.
Résumé

This Regional Law establishes the modalities of forest management for hunting purposes. Hunting management shall be considered entrepreneurial activity related to rendering of hunting services. Hunting grounds within forest areas shall be managed in accordance with forestry regulation and forest management project. Hunting managers shall have the right to: (a) carry out biotechnical arrangements; (b) have access to information related to forest parcels conceded for hunting management; and (c) keep and breed wild fauna species subject to hunting in semi-captive conditions. Hunting managers shall have the duty to: (a) manage forest parcels for hunting in compliance with acting legislation; (b) protect wild fauna; (c) prevent environmental damages; (d) preserve protective, recreational and other beneficial properties of forests; (e) timely pay lease fees; and (f) comply with sanitary, veterinary and zoohygienical requirements while treating wild fauna species.
