Résumé This Regional Law regulates relations originating from pedigree stockbreeding. It shall not be applicable to apiculture. Pedigree stock and pedigree herds shall be subject to state registration in the public herd books and the data contained therein shall be made accessible to the persons concerned (art. 9). Pedigree products (materials) shall be subject to compulsory certification for compliance with standards and norms applicable to pedigree stockbreeding.
