Résumé This Regional Law authorizes commercial hunting for the following wild fauna species: river beaver, pine marten, polecat, American mink, fox, squirrel and muskrat. It delimits plenary powers between regional legislative and executive bodies in the sphere of hunting management. Hunting restrictions can be imposed by the authorized regional state body in the sphere of hunting by agreement with federal executive body. The distribution of hunting permits among natural persons performing hunting in generally accessible hunting grounds shall be performed by the authorized body within the limits of quotas set for hunting resources, rates of permissible hunting for which no limit is set, and carrying capacity rate of hunting grounds, approved by the regional government.
