This Regional Law enters into force on the date of its official publication.
Résumé

This Regional Law regulates the issues related to state support of agricultural development. It shall be applicable to citizens, associations thereof, entrepreneurs and organizations acknowledged as producers of agricultural commodities and performing primary and subsequent processing of agricultural commodities. State support in the field of agricultural development is carried out in the following areas: (a) the development of crop production, ensuring the conservation and increase of fertility of agricultural land, including through land reclamation; (b) development of animal husbandry, including livestock breeding and reindeer herding; (c) technical re-equipment of agricultural production, technological modernization and innovative development of agro-industrial complex; (d) development of the food and processing industry; (e) development of agricultural cooperation and small forms of management; (f) staffing of the agro-industrial complex; (g) prevention and elimination of diseases of farm animals and ensuring veterinary safety of products of animal husbandry; (h) development of a risk insurance system in agriculture; and (i) ensuring the integrated development of rural areas.
