Résumé This Regional Law regulates relations for ensuring peace and quiet of citizens. Peace and quiet shall be applicable to the following facilities: (a) residential premises, non-residential premises, common premises in apartment buildings, as well as land plots on which these apartment buildings are located; (b) residential buildings and the land plots on which they are located; (c) horticulture and gardening land plots with residential buildings located thereon; and (d) hostels, hotels, hospitals, dispensaries, sanatoria, rest homes, boarding houses, kindergartens, boarding houses for children, the elderly, the disabled and the land plots on which they are located. This Regional Law regulates relations concerning peace and quiet of citizens in night hours (intended from 21 p.m. to 08.00 a.m. local time on workdays from Monday to Thursday inclusive, from 23 p.m. to 10.00 a.m. on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and non-working public holidays established by the federal legislation.
