This Regional Law enters into force 10 days after the date of its official publication.
Résumé

This Regional Law establishes that citizens shall be granted the right for timber extraction for individual personal needs for heating, construction, repairs of housing facilities and outbuildings. The allowed amount of timber extraction of the aforesaid purposes shall be set annually by the authorized state regional institution in the sphere of forest management. Timber extraction shall be carried out in accordance with purchase and sale contract of forest species. Procurement of non-timber edible and non-edible forest resources, and collection of medicinal plants shall be carried out during calendar year shall be subject to ripening period of the aforesaid forest species.
