Résumé

The present Regional Law establishes the modalities of imposing restriction on stay of citizens in the public forests, pertaining to the stock of forest (except for forests subordinated to the Ministry of Defence) as well as restrictions for the collection of wild fruits, berries, mushrooms and other edible forest resources, medicinal herbs and technical raw materials. The Regional Law consists of 10 Articles. Article 1 regards the sphere of application of the present Regional Law. Article 2 specifies the restrictions for the stay of citizens in the forests. Article 3 deals with restrictions for the collection of wild fruits, berries, mushrooms and other edible forest resources, medicinal herbs and technical raw materials. Article 4 establishes restrictions for the use of forests pertaining to protected areas. Article 5 specifies the particulars of the restrictions on stay of citizens in the forests. Article 6 regards the modalities of decision-making regarding introduction of restrictions. Article 7 determines the contents of the decisions on introduction of restrictions. Article 8 regards information of the population on restrictions. Article 9 establishes liability for the infringement of the present Law. Article 10 regards the modalities of the enactment of the present Law.
