Entry into force notes: This Regional Law enters into force 10 days after the date of its official publication.

Résumé: This Regional Law establishes exceptional cases of timber extraction in accordance with purchase and sale contract of forest species for public and municipal needs. Exceptional cases shall be considered timber extraction for the prevention and (or) mitigation of the consequences of natural and technological disasters, for construction, repairs of public edifices and procurement of fuelwood for heating of public edifices.
