Résumé This Regional Law regulates relations originating from geological exploration, mining and protection of subsoil. Right of use of subsoil shall be granted by decision of the authorized regional institution taken by the results of auction or tender, and without auction or tender. Concession in use of the plots of subsoil shall be legalized through issuance of licence (art. 10). Concession of the plots of subsoil for mining finalized to extraction of common minerals shall be carried out after public assessment of the amount of mineral deposits (art. 18). Fees and levies shall be paid for subsoil management (art. 22).
