Résumé This Regional Law establishes that regional residents shall have the right to procure fuelwood and timber for heating, housing construction and repairs of housing facilities and dependency outbuildings in accordance with purchase and sale contract of forest species. Application for obtaining the right of procurement of fuelwood and timber must be submitted to the authorized regional forest institution and must contain the following data: (a) full name of the applicant residence address and personal identity document data; (b) denomination of forest district intended for timber extraction; (c) purposeful use of timber, requested amount of timber and qualitative characteristics thereof (art. 1).
