This Regional Decree enters into force on the day after its publication.

Résumé

This Regional Decree amends composition and functioning of the Regional Council for Agriculture, Forests and Rural Development (CRAFDR). Amended composition includes: A representative for each of the local development associations in the Azores, namely ARDE - Regional Development Association, GRATER - Regional Development Association, ADELIAÇOR - Association for Local Development of the Azores and of ASDEPR - Association for Rural Development and Promotion; A representative of the Association of Municipalities of the Autonomous Region of the Azores; A representative of the Regional Delegation of the Azores of the National Association of Municipalities.
