Résumé This Regional Decree recommends to provide with additional nutrition pregnant and breastfeeding women allowing them to receive basic part of micronutrients in optimal composition for fetal development and stable lactation. The list of recommended foodstuffs includes milk and dairy products, and vitaminous mixtures. Persons with average per capita income not exceeding minimum subsistence income per capita shall be entitled to provision with complete and full-rate nutrition.
