Fisheries carried out by natural and legal persons shall be subject to licensing. Fisheries shall be carried out exclusively by marked fishing gear. Acclimatization of alien species and stock enhancement thereof shall be prohibited. Artisanal and sport fishing shall be authorized without fishing licence (fishing permit) by fishing gear with fishhooks.
