Résumé State natural reserve of regional significance “Shoinsky” is formed for the purpose of conservation of natural complexes and components thereof, natural landscapes and components thereof without expropriation of land plots from owners, tenants and managers thereof. Owners, tenants and managers of land plots located within the boundaries of the reserve are obliged to comply with the regime established in the reserve and bear administrative, criminal and other liability for its violation. The following activities shall be prohibited on the territory of state natural reserve: (a) hunting for all wild fauna species and birds, ruining nests, holes, hollows, dams and other shelters; (b) collection of zoological, botanical and mineralogical collections, as well as paleontological objects; (b) geological exploration and mining; (c) entry of all types of transport outside public roads and waterways, except for the transport of forestry management bodies, environmental protection, law enforcement agencies and rescue services in the performance of their official activities; (d) allotment of land plots for construction, except for the cases provided for by this Regulation; (e) construction of buildings and structures, roads, pipelines and other communications, except for the cases provided for by this Regulation; and (f) blasting operations. The following activities shall be authorized on the territory of state natural reserve: (a) organized recreational activities and tourism; (b) traditional nature management of small indigenous peoples of the North; (c) scientific research and ecological monitoring; (d) recreational and sport fishing in conformity with acting legislation; and (e) traditional activities (haymaking, grazing, collection of mushrooms and berries).
