Résumé This Regional Decree establishes protective measures to be applied on the forestry resources of the archipelago of Madeira. It consists of 5 chapters and 2 annexes establishing the aforementioned protective measures specifying the conditions to be met in order to obtain a forestry exoitation licence (timber logging and reforestation requirements, forest fires control, etc.) Sanctions to be paid by offenders are specified in the text.
