Hunting of wild fauna species, including birds, shall be authorized for artisanal and sport hunting with the use of wildlife products for personal consumption, and also hunting for scientific research, cultural and economic purposes. Documents certifying the right of citizens to hunt are: (a) hunting card or hunting association membership card with a mark of passing tests according to the Rules of Hunting, hunting safety and the safe handling of hunting firearms, extended in the prescribed manner; (b) one-time personal license for the hunting (capture) of wild fauna species or a special permit issued by the state executive, as well as a voucher or permit issued by a tenant of hunting grounds. The validity of hunting card or hunting association membership card is set from the date of issuance or renewal until March 31 of the following year. The citizen performing hunting is obliged to comply with the rates of hunting (quotas) and the hunting period specified in the nominal once-only license.
