It lays down rules concerning the granting of subsidies aimed at promoting such resources in the regional territory (arts. 3 and 4). Specific provisions deal with the methods that may be used for gathering truffles (arts. 6 and 7), for whihc the prior issue of an authorization is required (art. 9).
