Résumé: This Regional Act amends Regional Act No. 7 of 1998 by updating the penalties applicable in case of infringement of the provisions concerning fishing activities in inland waters of Molise. Further it replaces the text in article 15, which concerns provincial plans for the protection of inland waters, and amends article 29 relating to minimum size under which fish species may not be caught.
