Résumé The present Regulations enact the Fisheries and Coastal Resources Act. The Regulations lay down provisions relating to recreational fishing seasons. In particular, section 1 establishes that from September 1 to September 30 in each year, no person shall angle for brook trout, brown trout, lake trout or rainbow trout using any lures other than unbaited lures or lures baited with artificial flies.
