Résumé This Ordinance shall apply to raw milk which is produced within the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany and is taken over by a buyer from the producer. The Regulation provides for the official examination procedures and DIN standards including a quality inspection for the produced raw milk by buyer. Section 2 of the Regulation refers to sampling and transport of samples, expertise of the samplers, evidence to proper sampling and obligation to carry certificate. Section 3 refers to quality assessment, notification of test result, approval of the examination, suspension and expiry of the approval of the examination centre. The Regulation further provides the quality characteristics and investigation requirements for inhibitors. Sections 4 refers to calculation the purchase price for raw milk, discounts and invoicing. Final provision in Section 5 refers to obligation to keep records and retention and administrative offences. The Regulation has 39 Articles divided into 5 Sections. The text has 3 Annexes.
