The Ordinance consists of 23 sections. Feedstuffs or feed ingredients to be used in compound feed are outlined in section 3. Feed Inspection Officers, appointed by the Governement, may grant a licence for the manufacturing of compound feed and feedstuff (sects. 4 and 5). Compound feed and feedstuff shall be packed and labelled following the prescribed standards (sects. 6 and 7). The Government shall appoint Inspectors, which shall exercise the powers and perform the functions provided for in sections 11-16. Offences and penalties are provided for in sections 18 and 19.
