Résumé

These Regulations provide with respect to public water supply by the Public Utilities Corporation and related matters. An application for a supply of water shall be made to the supply manager on the form provided by the Corporation. An applicant shall be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions set out in the application for a supply of water by the Corporation and the acceptance of an application by the Corporation shall constitute an agreement between the applicant and the Corporation. The Corporation may enter into a special written agreement with any person, in any case where, by reason of the purpose for which the supply of water is desired, the nature or situation of the premises, the quantity of water to be supplied, the availability of supply or for any other reason, the manager is of the opinion that it is desirable to attach a special condition to the supply of water or to stipulate a special charge. The water supplied by the Corporation shall be used solely forthe purpose specified in the agreement to which these Regulations apply. No person shall sell any water supplied from a main, except with the consent of the manager. The Regulations sets out conditions for a connection to a water supply main. Connection works shall be carried out in accordance with these Regulations. The Corporation may restrict the supply of water in case of drought. No person shall- (a) bathe or wash in; or (b) without the permission of the Corporation wash or throw in any animal, objects or pollutant, or cause or permit any animal to enter, any stream, reservoir, aqueduct or any other place which contain water belonging wholly or partly to the Corporation or under the control or management of the Corporation as the case may be, and which is used by the Corporation, for or in connection with the supply of water.
