Résumé These Regulations, composed of 14 sections, make provisions and establish procedures for the regulation of the use of processed meat and production in Israel. Section 1 gives definitions. Section 2 prohibits the production, storage, import and placing in the market of meat unless according to these Regulations. Section 3 gives packaging rules for placing meat in the market. Section 4 gives the values of water contents in processed meat. Sections 5 and 6 list admissible content values for Phosphate and Nitrate. Section 7 regards labelling.
