Section 1 gives general definitions. Section 2 prohibits the production for commercial purposes, the import, stock and placing in the market, of food that contains mikotoxine in the given quantity and complying with the listed food product in the Annex. Section 3 regards test procedures. Section 4 deals with procedures related to food products found inappropriate for human consumption.
