Résumé These Regulations, composed of 20 sections and two Annexes, make provisions and establish procedures for the production of food based on meat and meat residues in Israel. Section 1 gives definitions. Section 2 prohibits the production of meat without bones unless in compliance with these regulations. Section 3 obliges the use of a specific machine for the separation of bones from meat. Section 4 regards allocation for bone separation in every meat production plant. Sections 5 and 6 deal with storing and transporting procedures. Section 7 lists conditions for the production of meat without bones. Sections 8 and 9 establish production procedures, a production process shall not exceed a four hour period of time. Section 10 regards cleaning the machine after production. Sections 11-13 provide with veterinarian doctor inspection procedures. Sections 14-16 regard meat packaging and labelling procedures. Section 17 prohibits the use of packaging substances.
