Under section 3, The Prince Edward Island Hog Commodity Marketing Board is authorized to regulate the marketing of hogs in interprovincial and export trade and for such purposes may, with respect to persons and property situated within the Province of Prince Edward Island, exercise all or any powers like the powers exercisable by it in relation to the marketing of hogs locally within that Province under the Prince Edward Island Natural Products Marketing Act and the related Plan.
