Résumé This Resolution is composed of 5 articles. Article 1 establishes tourist ports for receiving yachts and tourist boats in Marina Ghardaqa, Marina Taba, Marina Wady Addoum, Marina Marsa Ghaleb and Marina Algouna. Illustration and coordinates of the aforementioned ports are given in article 2. The Ministry of Transport will control the execution of works and their compatibility with the requirements and conditions mentioned in the Laws (art. 3).
