Entry into force notes
The Order shall enter into force retroactively as of 1st January 2008.
Résumé

This Order consists of three articles and aims at amending Chapter 7, article 22, Annex II of Presidential Order No. 138/1995, so as to give effect to Commission Directive 2007/10/EC amending Council Directive 1992/119/EEC regarding the measures to be taken within a protection zone following an outbreak of swine vesicular disease. The amendments concern the introduction and marketing of swine meat.
