Résumé The President, for the purpose of prevention of loss of grain and prevention of uncontrolled destruction of crops by agricultural animals, decrees that in case of exposure of the aforesaid offence to identify owners of agricultural animals and poultry and to apply civil, administrative and criminal liability to the culprits. Means of destruction of agricultural crops shall be arrested until complete compensation to the owners of agricultural crops.
