Special permits for trade of liquors shall be issued separately for each vending stand for the period of maximum 2 years. The applicant (legal person) shall submit: (a) application; (b) notarized copy of state registration; and (c) copies of documents attesting availability of stationary vending stand (shop, salesroom), availability of equipment and storage facilities complying with sanitary and hygienic requirements. Annex 4 contains the form of special permit for trade of liquors. Vending stands shall have product certificate and must show it at request of the customers.
