Résumé This Presidential Decree, for the purpose of reorganizing horticulture, fruit growing and viticulture cooperatives into farming enterprises, requires the reorganized cooperatives to: (a) preserve the existing specialization in the land lease agreement; and (b) be subject to liability to ensure the rational management of orchards, vineyards and water resources in accordance with limited water use contracts.
