Résumé The Decree establishes the general terms and conditions for collection, dehydration, fumigation and processing of figs. In particular, the Decree consists of 14 articles composed as follows: fig fruit collection (art. 1); desiccation treatment (art. 2); screening and classification of figs in qualitative categories (art. 3); storage (art. 4); fumigation treatment (art. 5); personnel for fumigation treatment installations (art. 6); education of personnel (art. 7); authorization to operate for fumigation treatment installations (art. 8); inspections and controls on fumigation treatment installations (art. 9); processing installations for dried figs and fig paste (art. 10); terms for the operation of fig processing and packaging installations (art. 11); treatment of dried figs (art. 12); repealed legislation (art. 13); entry into force (art. 14).
