The Plenipotentiary Envoy provides for the coordination of the activity of the Federal Executive Bodies within the respective Federal District, organizes the supervision and control over the application of the Federal Laws, Presidential decrees and Orders, Ministerial Decrees and Orders and Federal Special Programs (FSP).
