Résumé This Presidential Decree provides for the re-organization of the Ministry of Forestry and Agricultural Policies, which is responsible in matters concerning agriculture, forestry, hunting and fishing activities as well as marketing of agroindustrial products. The Ministry shall be composed of two Departments, as referred to in article 1. It shall rely on the support of the National Council of Agriculture, set up in accordance with article 4.
