Résumé: This Decree defines the State Service under the Ministry of Agriculture for management of agricultural projects and credits as an executive body carrying out evaluation, financing, monitoring of implementation and development of projects and taking financial agricultural measures. This Decree sets forth provisions on the areas of activity, duties and responsibilities, composition and structure of the State Service for management of agricultural projects and credits.
