The marketing of fresh spontaneous mushrooms is subject to the issuance of a municipal authorization (art. 2). Article 5 refers to dry mushrooms, which cannot be placed on the market unless they pertain to the species hereby specified. Annex II specifies the species which can be treated. Further provisions concern packaging and labelling requirements (art. 10).
