Entry into force notes

The Decree shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.

Résumé

Aim of the present Decree is to adopt the Greek legislative framework to the provisions of Directive 2002/84/EC concerning the maritime safety and prevention of pollution from ships. Under this light, the Decree implements all the amendments (11 articles) provided for in this Directive.
