Entry into force notes
This Presidential Decree enters into force on the day of its publication.
Résumé

This Presidential Decree approves the Regulation on protective measures to prevent, combat and eliminate illegal, Unreported and Unregulated Fishing Activity (INN). This Regulation, consisting of six Chapters and two Annexes, aims at establishing the legal regime for the above mentioned activity, as well as regulating the access to Angolan ports of foreign fishing vessels. This Regulation is applicable to all INN fishing activities and to all illegal fishing related activities exercised in marine waters under the jurisdiction of the Angolan State. Annexes list the certification model forms of fish caught for importing and exporting purposes.
