Résumé This Presidential Decree, consisting of 7 articles, transfers temporarily the water system management of Kikuxi, located in Kikuxi area, from the Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries to the Ministry of Energy and Water. This Presidential Decree guarantees as well the normal potable water supply to urban and peri-urban areas within the Province of Luanda.
