This Presidential Decree enters into force on the day after its publication.
Résumé

This Presidential Decree approves measures to improve the control of exports and their revenues, the adoption of a computerized system for international trade and improved monitoring of the territorial sea and the Atlantic Ocean coast. The measures contained in this document are intended to control and monitor the logistic chain of imports and exports in order to mitigate the effect of the negative impact for the implementation of the National Development Plan 2018-2022 (PND), the Programme for Supporting Production, Diversification of Exchanges and Replacement of Imports (PRODESI). The control on administrative, legal and technical measures comply with the balance between the control and facilitation of trade, automation and simplification of the process of import and export of goods, the production of real-time international trade statistics, the exchange of information between import and export chain and inspection based on risk management.
