Entry into force notes
This Presidential Decree enters into force on the day of its publication.
Résumé

This Presidential Decree approves the Statute of the Tourism Development Management Agency of Cabo Ledo. This Statute, consisting of 4 Chapters and 2 Annexes, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned institution, entitled to promote and coordinate all activities, planning and legal standardization of the Cabo Ledo area, in order to improve the life conditions of populations through a rational use of touristic and natural resources. Annexes list composition and tasks of the above mentioned institution. The Statute is divided as follows: General provisions (Chap. I); Organs and Services (Chap. II); Financial management (Chap. III); Final provisions (Chap. IV).
